Stephen Miller is “Of Counsel” to the firm and oversees its commercial and residential Real Estate and Banking division. Over the course of his nearly 30-year career, Steve has represented buyers, sellers, as well as institutional and private lenders in a vast array of transactions, including simple real estate closings to complex multi-million dollar commercial transactions. Steve handles all of the duties necessary to complete a transaction, including title search, issuance of title insurance, closing services, and preparation of closing documentation. Steve also represents clients in real estate litigation in both the State and Federal Courts, and has testified as an expert in the RI Superior Court.

• Steve is married to Lori Miller and has two grown children, one of which is special needs and is heavily involved with competitive swimming with the National Special Olympics as well as his Community College of Rhode Island. Steve enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid New England Patriots fan, and loves to play golf where he is a member of the Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln, R.I.
